Data Deletion — Klozent

This page explains how to request deletion of your Klozent account and the data associated with it, including any data we received when you connected a Facebook or Meta account. We honour every valid request.

1. Request deletion

You can request deletion in either of these ways:

In the app: sign in to Klozent, go to Settings → Account, and choose Delete account.
By email: write to hello@klozent.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my data". Tell us your account or workspace name so we can locate it.

2. What we delete

Once your request is verified, we permanently remove:

Your account, profile, and login credentials.
Leads, contacts, and any records you imported or captured in the CRM.
Stored integration credentials and tokens (Meta, WhatsApp, email, and others), which are erased from our systems.
Email and WhatsApp message logs, templates, and automation history tied to your workspace.

3. Data connected through Facebook / Meta

If you connected Klozent to Facebook (for example, to receive Meta Lead Ads), we store the lead details a person submits in your lead forms and a Page access token, processed on your behalf. To remove this data:

Disconnect the integration in Klozent under Settings → Integrations → Meta → Disconnect; this immediately revokes the stored token.
You may also remove Klozent from your Facebook account at Settings → Business Integrations on Facebook.
To delete the lead data already received, email hello@klozent.ai as described above and we will erase it.

4. Timeframe

We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may persist for a short period in encrypted backups, after which it is overwritten on our standard backup cycle. We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records).

5. Confirmation

When the deletion is complete, we email you a confirmation at the address on file. If you asked us by email, simply reply to that thread if you have any questions.
