These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Klozent platform and website ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages, to violate WhatsApp, Meta, or email provider policies, to process data you have no right to process, or to break any applicable law. You are responsible for obtaining valid consent from the leads and contacts you message through Klozent.
You retain ownership of the data you put into Klozent. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with prior notice.
The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Meta and email providers) that you choose to enable. We are not responsible for those platforms' availability, policies, or actions. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klozent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
